Refund & Return Policy

  1. Returns & Eligibility
    We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    Due to hygiene and safety standards, medical consumables and sterile goods cannot be returned once
    opened.
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. You will
    be provided with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Refunds
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
    refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business
    days.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photo
    evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g.,
    damaged or incorrect product sent).
